At Canadian Spa Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your spa, hot tub, or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and unused condition.

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original proof of purchase.
Prepare the Product
Ensure the item is cleaned, drained, and secured in its original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit, as items not in original condition may be subject to restocking fees.
Arrange Shipping
Once your return is authorized, schedule a pickup with our preferred freight carrier or drop off smaller accessories at an approved shipping location.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking costs.
